Pizzeria Diavolo in Koblenz

Burnt pizza rolls and some sticky sauce poured over them, pizza dough partly black. To deliver that is outrageous. We have often ordered from Diavolo, and it was almost always good. Today was the last time we ordered.

After we picked up our three pizzas and wanted to eat at home, we discovered that 2 out of 3 ingredients were missing on the pizza. When I called the pizzeria and explained the problem, I was told that I should bring the pizzas over. Then the missing topping would be placed on the pizzas afterwards. It can't be that due to the error of the staff I have to go to the pizzeria again and bring the old, cold pizzas over. During this time every pizza is ice cold three times. The staff refused to prepare the pizzas again. There is no other way to solve the problem than to add the ingredients afterwards. But I don't pay the normal price for cold pizzas that have toppings added afterwards. In addition, the staff was incredibly unfriendly. The pizzas are actually really good, but I can do without such a service.

After my order of 3 pizzas arrived, I noticed that only 1 out of 3 ingredients was considered. When I asked, I was rudely replied to the phone, what do you expect now? When asked to get the pizza again with the right topping or to get the money back, the only answer was no. The operator's counter offer was that I would come back with the three pizzas and that I could be given the missing sauce afterwards. There is no other way to meet me. My reaction to soon no longer being a customer in this shop was only answered with an annoyed OK. Definitely the last time I and my family ordered something there!

Worst pizzeria in Koblenz! Today we ordered, paid for and picked up 3 pizzas with three ingredients each (BBQ sauce, jalapeños and feta). At home we noticed that EVERY pizza was missing 2 out of 3 ingredients! There wasn't even any sauce on the pizza - the pizza was inedible dry. We then shared our concern over the phone and were shocked. We have seldom experienced such unfriendly and outrageous service. They wanted to explain to us that we will neither get the money back for the pizzas (or ingredients that have already been paid for that were not on the pizza!), Nor will the inedible pizzas be replaced by new pizzas. They even tried to fool us and explain that the feta was on the pizza, but you couldn't see it! That couldn't be surpassed in audacity! The operator's suggestion: we should carry the pizzas back to the pizzeria. Then they would add the BBQ sauce to our pizza afterwards. A great suggestion - provided you enjoy your pizza cold. In short: If you are in the mood for a dry pizza without sauce, like to have the money pulled out of your pocket and then be treated unfriendly, condescendingly and sold for stupid, this pizzeria is the right place for you.

I had a kebab roll, it was average. The staff was relatively friendly for the late hour I had called. Wasn't the best kebab but really okay, you can get it if you are really hungry ?

The first and last time ordered there. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting, there was simply no order. That was the first time that a delivery service didn't deliver at all. Fortunately, I paid through PayPal so I can and will claim the money back. I tried to call there 6 times at the same time. By phone the first time (1 hour) someone could be reached who put me off audibly annoyed. After 2 hours I called there every 5 minutes. Only the AB answered. After 2 1/2 hours only the Besezt signal sounded. Definitely not worth a recommendation.

Always tasty, always hot, and very fast delivery. Also very friendly.

Top price-performance ratio Very tasty food in large portions for a fair price. The owner is also very nice and accommodating as far as I have heard.

Pizza came quickly and was warm. Unfortunately, pizza dough was extremely floury, side dish was wrongly delivered, herb butter was inedible, salad only edible after its own dressing, a shame!

The specified delivery time was 45 minutes. After 2 hours the unfortunately very dreary pizza came, which unfortunately tasted worse than the pizza box ... The pizza was burnt and had no taste of its own. There was a slice of sucuk on the sucuk pizza. I cannot give a recommendation.

First of all hello :) Ordered there today (on site) Then I waited for a portion of pasta (which is just warmed up) in about 30 minutes After a few quarrels between the owners, I got it. And lo and behold ... It was even freezing cold. I don't know how to do it ... Waited so long for cold pasta. The interior was a mixture of old building (old deco wood, porcelain lamps) and falling cables and LED strips. (Looks very strange) Hope I could help :)

At first we didn't get the pizza we ordered and we also had a hair in the pizza. The pizza doesn't really taste good either, but more like cardboard

We have been ordering regularly since December and everything was always super tasty and perfect. Unfortunately something was wrong today (we always order the same thing) and after we called and explained the problem, we got the right food for free shortly afterwards. We are very grateful.

Quick grab for a hungry stomach!

I had a pizza from here, it was worthy for the price. The place is also cool. The service was good. They to have a different varieties of food in their collection. I have also seen some delivery cars, that means they to have home delivery.

Very tasty food, friendly staff, very cheap also 5.00 euro lunch menu. Would only recommend
